Before the chaos, there was a DAO. Holders of the ETCMCv2 DAO NFT had been there from the beginning — governance participants from an earlier era, now survivors of a world that had changed entirely around them.
The airdrop contract went live quietly. If you held one of those original NFT token IDs, you could claim PANIC. Not as charity — as recognition. You were here before the burns. You deserved a stake in what it became.
Each claim required a small ETCPOWv2 fee. Spam prevention. The contract minted a unique proof NFT to every successful claimant — an on-chain receipt, a mark of the early faithful, permanent on the chain.
